I have been under the care of Dr. Garcia for more than 10 years. She always listens and respects what your needs are and offers an opinion and considers the entire picture. I have never ever left an appointment feeling disappointed or that she didn’t listen and did what she wanted to anyway. The entire staff is respectful and attentive and makes you feel welcome.. I have moved from the Whittier area over the past three years and still travel to make my appointments at Picasso!
